Maui Paradise Properties manages a portfolio of luxury vacation rentals on Maui, competing for travelers against the big OTAs and every other rental brand on the island. The goal was never just to show up when someone typed "Maui vacation rental" into Google. It was to become the brand those travelers already had in mind before they ever started searching. That meant building demand, not just harvesting it. They partnered with Devslove to grow brand awareness, brand demand, and direct bookings year over year from 2024 to 2025.

- Growth was capped by Google Search alone, which captures people already looking but does nothing to create new demand
- A Maui booking is the end of a long journey, and winning only the last click loses the travelers who decide who to trust long before they book

What We Did
Reframed the Account Around the Full Funnel
We stopped treating the account as a last-click search machine and rebuilt it around the entire booking journey: get travelers to know us, get them to trust us, then capture the booking. Search stayed as the foundation that captures high-intent demand. Everything we added above it existed to create that demand in the first place, so search had more, and warmer, traffic to convert.
Expanded Well Beyond Google Search
We pushed into the channels where travelers get inspired, not just the one where they buy. Google Display and Demand Gen carried visual creative to people dreaming about Maui. Microsoft Ads opened a second search and display ecosystem that competitors were ignoring. We even ran Connected TV through YouTube and Netflix to put the brand on the living-room screen. Upper-funnel reach doubled year over year from 2024 to 2025.
Deepened the YouTube Video Story
Video did the heaviest lifting. We led with 90-second brand spots that cast a wide net, introducing Maui Paradise Properties to new travelers and pulling them into the funnel. We then built trust with immersive three to five minute regional and niche deep-dives of the island, the kind of storytelling that keeps warm audiences engaged while they decide where to book. Richer storytelling meant more of the island's story in every view, and video reach grew 86% from 2024 to 2025.
